SEJARAH PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN ILMU HADIS

Abstract

Hadis dari masa kemasa tumbuh dan berkembang dengan  signifikan, mulai dari hadis di masa Rasulullah hingga masa tabi’tabiin. Mempelajari sejarah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Ilmu hadis hal tentunya sangatlah penting dan mendasar sebelum mengkaji lebih luas tentang hadis. Urgensi ataupun tujuan dari pembahasan ini yaitu untuk mempelajari sejarah hadis dari masa ke masa., Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pintu masuk dalam mengkaji perihal ilmu-ilmu hadis lainya, baik pembagianya, yang dilihat dari kuantitas periwayat atau kualitasnya. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan atau literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari pembahasan ini yaitu Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan hadist telah ada dasar-dasar pada masa Nabi Muhammad Saw, kemudian pada masa sahabat timbul secara lisan, secara eksplisit, selanjutnya pada masa Tabi’in telah timbul secara tertulis, tetapi belum terpisah dengan ilmu lain namun masih belum menyatu, hingga masa tabi’tabi’in ilmu hadis sudah berdiri sendiri.  

Hadith from time to time grew and developed significantly, starting from the hadith at the time of the Prophet to the tabi'tabiin period. Studying the history of the growth and development of hadith science is of course very important and fundamental before studying more broadly about hadith. The urgency or purpose of this discussion is to study the history of hadith from time to time. The research method used in this research is the study of literature or literature with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this discussion are that the growth and development of hadith had its foundations at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, then during the companions era it appeared verbally, explicitly, then during the Tabi'in period it appeared in writing, but not yet separated from other sciences but still not yet united, until the time of tabi'tabi'in the science of hadith already stood alone.
