IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION MANAGEMENT AR-RAAFI' ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MAKASSAR CITY

Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify Islamic education planning in ArRaafi Islamic Elementary School Makassar City, (2) identify
organizing at Ar-Raafi Islamic Elementary School Makassar
City, (3) identify the implementation of Islamic education at ArRaafi Islamic Elementary School Makassar City, (4) identify
supervision at Ar-Raafi Islamic Elementary School Makassar
City. This research uses qualitative analysis methods with data
collection techniques through documentation, literature studies
and interviews with principals, vice principals for curriculum,
heads of student affairs, teachers in charge of special maples,
homeroom teachers, and several other teachers. The results
showed that: SD Islam Ar-Raafi' has implemented 4
management functions, namely planning, organizing,
implementing, and supervising effectively and efficiently. The
implementation of the planning function by the principal,
teachers, and educators can be seen from the steps to formulate
the vision, mission, goals, make learning program planning,
make curriculum planning combined with the education office
curriculum with the school's typical curriculum, plan
extracurricular programs, and plan facilities and infrastructure.
The application of the organizing function in placing teachers is
appropriate, based on ability and educational background, even
if it is found that there is one teacher who is not in accordance
with his education, will still have the ability in that field. The
implementation function in the teaching and learning process
has been running well and the implementation of the supervisory
function has been carried out by monitoring all school activities
