The Effectiveness of Arabic Language Learning in Improving the Ability to Read the Yellow Book at Ma'had Albirr Unismuh Makassar

Abstract

Kitab Tradition (Kitab Kuning) identic use of Arabic.
Therefore it requires an improvement to understand the book.
There is a method of learning that will make it easier for people
to understand it. Therefore researchers want to test qiraatulkutub learning. The study aims to know the application and
effectiveness of Arabic learning performed in ma 'had al-birr unismuh makassar. The dependent and independent variable
used is the ability to read the kitab tradition and the qiraatulkutub learning, respectively. Sampling technique is purposive
sampling. There were 52 students who were samples. The
results suggest that its significance is 0.01 < 0.05, thus receiving
Ha and rejecting Ho which means the average ability to read the
book of groups that follow the qiratul-kutub learning is greater
than that of the group without following the learning. The results
suggest that those who join the qiraatul-kutub learning activity
are better to read that book than those who do not follow
activities.
