The Effectiveness of Virtual Da'wah of the Al-Ihsan Gowa Mosque Through Social Media to the Community
Abstract
This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of virtual preaching through social media on the general public, including both mosque community and the wider society, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of virtual preaching at Al-Ihsan Mosque in enhancing the quality of virtual preaching towards the community. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, emphasizing deep understanding and detailed analysis of data. This approach allows for the exploration of phenomena in an objective and natural manner, providing narratives that depict depth. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation methods, enabling researchers to obtain holistic and in-depth information. The study is carried out in Karunrung Subdistrict, Makassar City, chosen as the primary location to delve into relevant aspects of the research topic.
