Correlation Study Of Maharah Qira'ah On The Ability To Read The Quran For Lab School Students Of Junior High School Unismuh Makassar

Abstract

This research discusses (1)Maharah qira'ah and reading
ability to read koran of Lab School students at UnisMiddle School Makassar. (2) Correlation of maharah
qira'ah on the ability to read the Koran of Lab School
students at Unismuh Middle School, Makassar. This
research uses a type of correlation research with a
quantitative method approach. Data collection methods in
this research are observation, test methods, and
documentation. The research results show that (1)The
ability of maharah qira'ah of Lab school students at
Unismuh Makassar Middle School based on research
results is good. This is proven by knowing that the average
is 75.64. And the ability to read the Koran of Lab school
students at Unismuh Makassar Middle School is good with
an average of 75.79. (2) Based on the hypothesis test, the
calculated t result is 11,676. Meanwhile, the t table is for
a significance level of 5%, namely 2.026, this means that
the t value obtained in the calculation is t = 11.676 = 2.026
so that the null hypothesis is rejected at the 5%
significance level. This means that there is a significant
correlation between maharah qira'ah and the ability to
read the Koran of Lab school students at Unismuh Middle
School, Makassar.
