Evaluation of Field Work Practice Program at SMK BISNIS INFORMATIKA
Abstract
purpose of this research is to: Firstly, evaluate the Field Work Practice program at SMKN 2 Bekasi City. Second, find out about students' practices in the industrial world. Thirdly, the obstacles experienced in field work practice activities. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results of the research include (1) formulating a field work practice program based on the applicable curriculum, namely the Merdeka curriculum and coordinating with the related world of work. (2) The school must always pay attention to students' conditions, including performance, physical and mental readiness, and also continue to provide the facilities needed to support practical field work activities. (3) Continue to coordinate with the industrial world to provide optimal service for internship participants by including employees to serve as morning tutors for students in the field according to instructions in accordance with the guidelines provided by the school or government. (4) Practical field work activities in the industrial world must continue to be carried out in order to equip students when they enter the real industrial world. The conclusion of the research shows that it shows the suitability of practical field work activities with the dimensions of context, input, process and product in the CIPP model.
