CREATIVITY OF TPA MANAGER IN MOTIVING STUDENTS TO READ AND MEMORIZE THE QUR'AN AT MIFTAHUL KHAER ALHABIBU TPA CONNECTED JAVA VILLAGE, MAKASSAR CITY

Abstract

The research method that the writer uses is descriptive or words and is included in the qualitative research category. The research was conducted at the Miftahul Khaer Alhabibu Landfill, Connect Java Village, Makassar City. The data sources in this study were TPA coaches and TPA Miftahul Khaer students. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. During the research, it was found that the students at TPA Miftahul Khaer, Connect Java Village, Makassar City, always motivated their students, encouraged their students, provided motivational encouragement to their students and always tried to guide their students if there were difficulties in learning to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an. the supervisor of TPA Miftahulkhaer uses media and tools to be used in motivating his students to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an.

Factors that influence the ability/support to read and memorize the Al-Quran are important things to know, especially for the coaches and the students themselves. So that the process of memorizing the Qur'an can run optimally. that the supporting factors in memorizing the students' Al-Quran are the coaches who are enthusiastic about teaching, reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an using electronic devices such as mobile phones and other media. positive, and foster a sense of belonging to the Qur'an which can strengthen positive relationships between children and the Qur'an.
